Today we learnt about groups of or our times tables.
Our problem was counting the legs of three lambs. We could add 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 or repeated addition. Another was is to say three groups of 4 = 12
Or in a Maths way (using our symbols)
3 x 4 = 12.

ReplyDeleteI like the way we did it because it was fun. We counted in 2s, then fours and it was really our timestables. I like sheep legs.
